Course and information was very helpful! Mary was great at explaining materials as well as demonstrating clinical technique. She made me feel very comfortable and confident. I liked that her class was small, so when students had questions they were answered promptly without any hesitation. I also was fascinated that she was able to teach with her left and right hand when polishing at chairside! I recommend all dental assistants to take her courses, you will learn everything you need to be successful.

I took the class for coronal polishing and fluoride application by Ms Mary and it was GREAT! Ms Mary was very helpful and very informative in the classroom and at chairside during hands-on training. I am confident in my ability to go back to my office and start polishing and applying fluoride. If you want a certification in coronal polishing and fluoride application that you will leave 100% with confidence, this is the company to go through. I also loved that her class size was small because it was easy to ask questions.

Mary was very helpful with signing my staff (6 dental assistants) up for her Clinical, which I hosted at my office. I received a post card in the mail that was easy to read and the certification cost was very reasonable compared to other companies that I contacted plus she was willing to drive 3 1/2 hours to my office as well I received a discount due to having 6 DA's signed up. When Mary arrived at my office, she was very professional and very personable. The didactic information that my dental assistants had to study for their exams was very organized and easy to comprehend stated by all the DA's. I was impressed that Mary went over missed questions to enure understanding. At the beginning of hands on there were mannequins brought out to practice on before the testing of clinical skills on each other. Mary provided instruction both with the mannequin to learn proper positioning and proper technique and then again, when the participants practiced on each other. I can guarantee all my DA's received quality instruction. I would highly recommend Mary to certify any dental assistant.

Top Notch Dental Assist was a great opportunity for me to continue my training in the dental field. Ms Mary was an amazing instructor and very helpful through it all. The PowerPoint slides was super informative and easy to navigate. The exams at clinicaI were not as difficult as I thought they would be. Ms Mary was so patient with each student from the beginning of class until the end of hands-on clinical. Ms Mary is a talented instructor which definitely shows from working on the mannequins and demonstrating on the student volunters. I just had a course with Top Notch Dental Assist. Mary the instructor is amazing! She is also an experienced Hygienist and knows what we deal with in a dental field. I really enjoyed her class and material. She is very informative, professional, and knowledgeable. The class is a small group so that way she can give you the focus and attention you need. Mary reviews everything that you have learned with you in class. Her slideshow is very helpful and inviting. You can tell she really took the time and effort when developing all her material. She is not an instructor who just says study and take the test. She really wants you to understand and encourages questions to be asked. I was very impressed with Top Notch Dental Assist from beginning to end. I certified 4 dental assistants from my office and Mary brought Clinical to us. I received a post card in the mail that was very trendy and easy to read. I spoke to the owner of the company both by email and by phone and Mary was very professional. After all of my dental assistants were signed up, she emailed each one her PowerPoint Presentation to make it easier on my staff. The PowerPoint slides were easy to read and very informative. When Mary arrived at my office she was very well spoken and professional. All my dental assistants spoke very highly of Mary from test time to hands on training.
